- Asaase Radio has officially been launched in Cape Coast.
Asaase Radio, a privately owned radio station in Ghana, has officially launched and commenced operations in the ancient capital of Ghana, Cape Coast, broadcasting on 100.3 megahertz on the Frequency Modulation spectrum.
Asaase Radio Cape Coast is located in Kingsway, where Cape Coast’s most businesses and financial institutions are located.
The launch witnessed dignitaries from the Oguaa Traditional Council, Regional Coordination Council, The Ghana Police, Media and others.
Gabby Asare Otchere-Darko, the owner of Asaase Radio admonished the people of Cape Coast to expect nothing but the best from the new radio channel.
Omanhene of Oguaa Traditional Council , Regional Ministers and others added that the redio established must be used to develop the city and also portray the good people of Oguaa to the other parts of the country.
Asaase Radio 100.3 FM will bring a blend of content that will provoke positive change, entertain, educate and inspire audiences in the Central Region.
Asaase Radio 100.3 megahertz (FM) is owned by Asaase Broadcasting Limited, a private commercial media organisation that also operates Asaase Radio 99.5 megahertz (FM) in Accra, Asaase Radio 98.5 megahertz (FM) in Kumasi and 123 Radio 99.7 megahertz (FM) in Tamale.
