Afrangua Basic School Library has officially commissioned a library intended to help the students develop reading and writing.
Afrangua is a rural community located in the Abura Asebu Kwamankese District in the Central Region.
At the event were chiefs and elders of the community, diaspora community, representatives from GNAT, AAK District Directorate, UCC, Ghana Library Authority, the community members and media.
